Ginger and Garlic Paste

This is a staple ingredient of Indian recipes
Ingredients
- 100 gms chopped peeled ginger
- 100 gms chopped peeled garlic
- ground nut oil
Method
- Add the ginger, garlic and a little oil to a food processor and process until smooth
- Add enough extra oil to make a paste.
- Put in an air tight container, and cover the surface with a thin coating of oil will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
