Tandoori Marinade

This makes enough marinade for 500g meat.

Ingredients

120g Yoghurt
2 tbsp Tandoori Massala
2 tbsp Oil (Mustard oil for preference, but ordinary vegetable oil will do.)
½ tsp salt
½ lemon juice
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tspn fresh finely chopped green mint
2 tbsp fresh finely chopped coriander
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a non-metallic bowl and use as directed in the recipe.
