Derbyshire Food & Drink Fair will take place at Elvaston Castle Country Park on 18-19 May. Over one hundred and fifty stalls will showcase the best local produce from Derbyshire and the Peak District region, as well as unique and exotic foods from further afield. TV chef Valentine Warner will be the celebrity demonstrator in the cookery theatre on Saturday 18th May and other renowned Derbyshire chefs will be demonstrating their signature dishes throughout the weekend.
