Granola

Ingredients:
- 300g rolled oats
- 100g wheat bran
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 100g chopped almonds
- 100g chopped hazelnuts
- 100g chopped walnuts
- 100g sesame seeds
- 100g chopped ready to eat apricots
- 100g chopped dried bananas
- 30 chopped, pitted dates
- 18 chopped dried figs
Method:
- Mix the oats, bran, seeds, and nuts. Toast in an oven at 350F/180C/Gas 4 for 18 minutes, turning over every 6 minutes.
- When cool, mix the chopped fruit with the grain, ensuring that there are no large lumps. Store in a sealed plastic container in the fridge for up to three weeks
