It has been produced in Sheffield for more than  100 years. Spicy and savoury it is South Yorkshire's condiment of choice, being used liberally on meat pies and fish and chips.  Unlike it's rival Worcestershire Sauce, Henderson's  is completely vegetarian/vegan friendly as it contains no anchovies.
