A tasty dressing that work on both plain leaves and most mixed salad. Use a screw top jar to mix.
- 1 teaspoon of English mustard
- 2 teaspoons of runny honey
- Few grinds of fresh black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar (cider vinegar is fine too)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Put all ingredients in jar and shake well until amalgamated. Adjust components to taste.
