Pimenton Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp extra virgin oil
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp pimenton
- ½ small onion finely chopped
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig marjoram
- 1 sprig basil
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and liquidise.
- Use for pork or chicken ? marinade in a cool place for at least 4-6 hours
- The meat is then best barbecued.
- Any remaining marinade can be reduced and poured over the meat.
