Recipe: Keren BobkerServes 1 - Quantities can easily be doubled
- 3 rashers of bacon
- handful of mushrooms
- teaspoon mustard
- tablespoon crème fraiche
- 1 bread roll
- black pepper
- Split & lightly butter roll
- Cut bacon into pieces approx ½ inch long. Finely slice mushrooms.
- Add a knob of butter to a frying pan & heat until melted. Add bacon and fry until cooked ? crispy or otherwise according to preference.
- Add mushrooms and stir well ? cook until just done. Add mustard and crème fraiche to pan and stir until bubbling. Remove from heat. Add a little freshly ground black pepper.
- Pile into roll & enjoy.
