Chocolate Oil Cake

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 6 ozs /180 gms self raising flour
- 1 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 ozs /150gms sugar
- 5 fluid ozs /150mls light oil
- 5 fluid ozs /150mls light milk
- 2 tbs treacle
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 160°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
- Grease a cake/loaf tin and pour in mixture.
- Cook for 40-45 minutes until a skewer comes clean.
- Take out of the oven and rest fro 10 minutes
