Low Fat Turkey Burgers

Makes 6 burgers - each burger is 2 Weight Watchers Points.

Ingredients:

  • 500gm turkey mince
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • pinch of cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 shallot grated

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together  in a bowl.
  2. Shape into six burger patties and chill.
  3. Char-grill for about 5 minutes a side or until cooked through.
