Low Fat Turkey Burgers
Makes 6 burgers - each burger is 2 Weight Watchers Points.
- 500gm turkey mince
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- pinch of cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 shallot grated
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Shape into six burger patties and chill.
- Char-grill for about 5 minutes a side or until cooked through.
