Parkside Farm Shop in Hoyland Common, South Yorkshire is a purveyor of locally sourced meat, and home cooked products, including pork pies, black and white puddings, and home cured bacons and hams.
I can personally attest to the quality of the products - the black pudding and pork pies are excellent. Their aged beef fillet steak, is one of the best I have ever eaten; full of flavour and meltingly tender - try this recipe for Pan Fried Fillet Steak with Garlic Butter.
