Used for making the Southern Indian Sambar.
Ingredients
- 150g Chana Dahl
- 110g Coriander seed
- 10 dry chillies
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seed
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
Method
- Dry fry all ingredients except Asafoetida.
- Grind all together when lukewarm and store.
